How to return

If you are not satisfied with our product or if you found the damaged product you have not to worry at all, we are as family members and we don’t want to be at loss to another family member of us.

As of the healthy trade policy customers are always right and we trust our customers. You just have to take some photographs of the damaged product along with the shipping label and packaging and mail us at helpdesk@glamoura.in and attach those photographs, after evaluating them that the damage is with in transit or any manufacturing fault therein, we simply arrange to pick up from your end. You just have to keep all things properly ready until the pickup person will come to your place. It will take 1 or 2 business days for return pick up after you mail us. Make sure you have to mail us on the same day when you received the parcel and found damaged or any manufacturing fault therein.

No return shipping cost will be borne by you if the product genuinely damaged in transit or any manufacturing fault found, thereafter thoroughly checked by our team after we received the returned product send by you.

Your paid amount will be transferred to you immediately after founding no fault from your side. You have to mention your bank details or UPI payment details in case of a COD transaction. If you paid other than the COD option the amount will be credited by the same mode which you opted for while checkout of the purchasing the product.

In the case of not satisfied with the product, we will arrange the pickup person at your doorstep, in this case, you have to born both shipping and return shipping charges.

As we know we clearly mentioned everything about our product and we properly photographed the product and listed it in our e-commerce portal and we do not compromise with the quality still maybe someone not satisfied can return the product, make sure the product in this case not be used by the customer, and found intact as new and resalable. If our team found that the product has been used by the customer we are not liable to return the money back in this case instead of money back we will again ship the same product at your registered shipping address.
