Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help Returns.

You have to initiate a return on the same day on which date you received it. Please check the “Make a return” tab at the bottom of the home page of the website.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. The product must be in the original packaging with bills. The Product needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. For Refunds, once we receive the product, we will inspect it thoroughly and notify you that we have received the returned product.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the product. If the return is found genuine, it will be approved by our team, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit after approving it within a certain amount of days, depending on your card/bank issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping: Brand Glamoura will manage returns and take all charges for returning shipping costs, you will have not to bear with this cost. You send us acknowledgment when you receive a refund amount within 7 working days, if we did not receive any acknowledgment of the receiving of the refund amount for 7 working days thereafter it will be automatically considered that you received the refund amount and you are satisfied with that.
