Shipping Processing Time

Shipment processing time for all products in one order will be processed within 1 business day. If an order places before 3 P.M on a working day this order will ship on the same day. After this time the orders will be shipped on the next working day. Orders will not be shipped on Sunday or during festival holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

 Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for all products listed on the website are totally free of cost. And the cost of shipping will be borne by the brand itself. Estimated delivery time is standard as 2 to 5 working days depending on the pin code of the delivery address. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. As the shipping aggregator we tied up has many shipping companies and they have their time schedule for delivering the parcel as all shipping companies tend to deliver fast.

For Shipment confirmation & Order tracking, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  Damages or loss of product is the liability of the website www.glamoura.in . If you received your order product damaged, please email us at helpdesk@glamoura.in with the damaged product photographed along with the shipping label. For more details visit our page Make a Return. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before email us. After your damaged order approved for return by our team and we will found this genuine. We will arrange return shipment pick up from your address and no charges will be borne on you in this case and the money will be transferred to you after we received the damaged goods and approved them. No claim will be passed for products that were used by the customer and damaged by mishandling or any other reason.
